Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the managed vehicle-with-driver booking model used by SKBOOKING V1. Your confirmed booking details and stated inclusions or exclusions remain important.

1. SKBOOKING’s role

SKBOOKING facilitates and manages vehicle bookings with driver using third-party vehicle providers. SKBOOKING coordinates the customer booking experience, supplier sourcing and trip operations; it does not present every supplier vehicle as its own fleet.

2. Availability and vehicle guidance

Displayed categories, seating guidance and model names help customers choose. Availability is subject to supplier confirmation. If an exact model is unavailable, SKBOOKING may propose a reasonably equivalent or otherwise suitable vehicle for the customer to review.

3. Customer information

Customers must provide accurate pickup and destination details, travel dates and times, traveller count, contact information and relevant trip requirements. Changes can affect availability, vehicle suitability and price.

4. Pricing

An initial amount may be an estimate until the route, supplier and customer terms are confirmed. Pricing may use per-kilometre rates, minimum kilometres per day, billable days and driver allowance. Applicable tolls, parking, permits, state taxes, extra kilometres or hours, and other stated charges may be additional. Review the booking’s inclusions and exclusions before confirming.

5. Payment plans

Payment requirements vary by booking. A confirmed plan may require ₹0 now, an immediate advance, future milestones, or the remaining payment before or on the trip under the confirmed terms. SKBOOKING V1 records payments and refunds completed through manual operational channels; the website does not collect an online payment.

6. Booking confirmation

Supplier confirmation is required. A booking with ₹0 currently due may become confirmed when its valid payment plan is activated. Where an immediate amount is required, the booking remains reserved until SKBOOKING records the full amount currently due.

7. Driver and trip responsibilities

Customers must use the vehicle lawfully, respect capacity and safety requirements, follow reasonable driver instructions, and avoid conduct that endangers people or property. Driver and actual vehicle details are normally shared closer to the trip after confirmation.

8. Changes, cancellation and supplier issues

A customer cancellation request requires review and does not cancel the booking automatically. The Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. If a supplier cannot fulfil a trip, SKBOOKING will coordinate an alternative or review the applicable refund based on the booking circumstances and money actually received.

9. Events outside reasonable control

Road closures, severe weather, government restrictions, breakdowns and other events outside reasonable control can affect a journey. SKBOOKING will communicate and coordinate reasonable next steps without promising an outcome that circumstances make impossible.
