Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the booking model used by SKBOOKING. Your confirmed booking details and stated inclusions or exclusions remain important.
1. Enquiries & Quotations
An enquiry made through the website, WhatsApp, or phone is a request for information and is not a confirmed booking. Availability is always subject to confirmation. The final itinerary, selected stay, assigned vehicle, and all package inclusions or exclusions will be strictly as mentioned in the confirmed quotation provided by SKBOOKING.
2. Booking Confirmation & Payments
A booking becomes officially confirmed only after SKBOOKING receives the required advance or full payment as stated in the quotation. The remaining payment balance must follow the agreed payment schedule. SKBOOKING reserves the right to release unconfirmed or unpaid reservations.
3. Traveller Information
The primary traveller must provide accurate contact details, travel information, and the correct number of passengers. The traveller is also responsible for carrying valid identification and any necessary travel documents required during the journey or at check-in.
4. Accommodation & Vehicles
All hotels, private villas, resorts, and vehicles are subject to the confirmed booking. The specific check-in and check-out rules, as well as the house policies of the respective property, apply to all guests. Vehicles are assigned based on the group size and itinerary requirements.
5. Additional Services & Changes
Any additional services, sightseeing, or deviations not explicitly included in the confirmed quotation may be charged separately. Changes requested by the customer after confirmation (e.g., date changes, upgrading rooms, changing vehicles) may affect the overall price and are subject to availability.
6. Conduct & Damage
Travellers are expected to maintain reasonable conduct during the trip. Any behaviour causing intentional damage to a property, villa, resort, or vehicle may result in actual recovery charges being levied directly against the customer.
7. Circumstances Outside Our Control
Events outside reasonable control—such as severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or sudden mechanical breakdowns—can occasionally affect a journey. In such circumstances, operational changes may be required, and SKBOOKING will coordinate reasonable next steps without promising an outcome that circumstances make impossible.
