Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the confirmed booking and are reviewed manually. The private booking page shows the actual recorded status.

Cancellation Request

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel a booking. SKBOOKING reviews the request and the confirmed booking circumstances first.

Approved Cancellation

When cancellation is approved, SKBOOKING records the decision, closes unpaid future milestones and records any applicable refund obligation.

Refund Pending

Refund pending means an amount has been approved or is expected to be returned. It does not mean the money has already been returned.

Refunded

A booking is shown as refunded only after SKBOOKING records the actual refund money as returned in the append-only payment ledger.

How the amount is reviewed

Refund eligibility and charges may depend on the confirmed booking terms, supplier commitments, timing, costs already incurred and money actually received by SKBOOKING. No universal refund percentage is promised. If a supplier cannot fulfil a trip, SKBOOKING coordinates the replacement or applicable refund review; the supplier does not independently control the customer ledger.
